Starting to enter that zone of too much to do, too little time. I may actually get the tree finished tonight, then begins the quest for wrapping Christmas gifts. No, not true. The next quest is to find the gifts I've stashed throughout the house. I have a magical gift for losing things the instant they enter the house. Wonder if I still have to do the html thingy for a new paragraph. Guess we'll find out. My daughter never ceases to amaze me. She's 2 1/2 now and was sitting in a chair with her pencil and notebook while her daddy and I put a few more ornaments on the tree. I happened to pick up the video camera as she started saying "Dear Santa...". It was the cutest thing. Then she reached over and tugged her dad's earlobe. "You have bunny ears!" and then honked his nose "and a cute little bunny nose." Doug collapsed to the floor laughing, literally ROFL. I had to put the camera down I was laughing so hard. She's so fun! If you knew me on m-blog you know I'm on a quest to lose 80 lbs. I'm 1/4 of the way to my goal. The last month has been a tough one but I figure even if I only hold even between Thanksgiving-Birthday-Chr istmas-NewYears then I'm doing good. Think I'll have another cookie :wink: Back to ornamenting! -- Sheryl |
